Chad Wells, Founder and CMO at Wells Growth Advisors, is a seasoned and award-winning executive renowned for his expertise in business growth, marketing transformation, and leadership coaching. An extensive background as a C-suite marketing leader, Chad has successfully designed and executed innovative go-to-market strategies and led major brand and product transformations in health, insurance, and technology industries. Chad’s teams earned 8 marketing awards for creative digital and brand excellence while at Chubb; and he won the first UnitedHealthcare Innovation award for his role in launching 37 UHC Medicare Stores(TM) and enrollment centers, along with more than 1500 agent in-store kiosks nationally.
Chad brings a unique combination of creativity with data-driven, analytical approaches to marketing strategy, while championing thought-leading content and storytelling to build brand credibility, trust, and engagement. He enjoys speaking at industry events and conferences and sharing purpose- and value-driven narratives to support company and product positioning.
Chad is an active Board Member with the Alzheimer’s Association, serving as the 2026 Omaha Walk Chair. He also supports charities and organizations that benefit military service members and families, recently serving on the USO IL Board.
Chad has been married to Lynn for 28 years and they have raised two beautiful grown daughters, the oldest of whom is recently married. An avid athlete, he continues to play ice hockey, golf, or pickleball when the time allows and participates in F3 Omaha.
He holds a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota, Institute of Technology, and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology with emphasis in Finance and Marketing.
